Each course is taylor-made with local and seasonal produce to create a three-course meal with the benefit watching Mary Wilkins, a London trained chef, demonstrate her skills in the characterful surroundings of Cragend Grange kitchen.
Lunch is served at 12.30 with all that has been simmered and stirred on offer as part of a Three-Course Lunch, which also includes a wine tasting from local supplier, Rothbury Wines, to compliment the food.
