The farm is known for its pedigree North Cheviot Park Type sheep flock, which Shaun Renwick is expanding at Cragend Farm, and also for Shaun Renwick's innovative farming interventions.
The farm has a pedigree sheep flock, with pedigree ewes and plans to increase and sell rams for breeding. They also have rare breed Whitebred Shorthorn cattle.

Shaun Renwick has created several unique interventions, to graze sheep, cattle and goats on a multi layer rotational conservation grazing system.
