Lou is the owner of Cragend Farm with her husband Shaun, and deals with everything from Holiday Accommodation inquiries to egg collection from the chickens; she is the social media and web design finger-tapper.
Restoration in 2019 to the Grade II* listed Silo at Cragend Grange made it possible for us to submit an entry to the Historic Houses competition in association with Sothebys for an award.
We are very pleased that our efforts where acknowledged, and despite not winning the top award we received a letter from them stating:
We all found it absolutely fascinating Lou - thank you again for entering!
As we were up against some of the top Historic houses in the country we were very pleased to have been considered. Here is a video of the work to the floors and stairs in the main tower of the building.
