Lou is the owner of Cragend Farm with her husband Shaun, and deals with everything from Holiday Accommodation inquiries to egg collection from the chickens; she is the social media and web design finger-tapper.

This is Pepper a beautiful Saluki that came to stay with her family at Cragend Grange. She was such a gentle beautiful girl, and we thank her family for coming to stay in The Armstrong Wing with her. She was definitely star of the show.
