Christmas may almost be here with the thought of a restful time and a few days off for many.
However, Farming is a 365 days a year profession and we have to feed all our animals as well as care for their needs.
£10 buys a bag of feed or bedding. You can use our 'Crowdfunder Cragend Farm' via google or apply for a sponsorship form.
Avian flu has been headlined recently and we now have to isolate all our free range chickens to protect them from wild birds who may carry the disease. This has increased our costs as we have to keep them inside 24 hours a day for an uncertain amount of time now. We have a wonderful selection of breeds, including White Star, Border Blue and Marron.
Thanks to pledges we have been able to help pay for vet costs during the Pandemic in ayear that has seen our income hit badly because the holiday business has not been able to open.
As we continue to be in Tier 3 and having just come out of a lockdown the future is looking very bleak for us, until we are allowed to have our holiday accommodation open again possibley buy Easter 2021.
We are so grateful to all our supporters for pledging and we we need you all more now than ever. If you would like to pledge a gift for a friend please let us know and we can send a Sponsor Newsletter out to you.
Please keep us in mind and tell anyone who may wish to support our cause.
Thank you for your continued support!
